Participated in Rise - The Bank Awakens Hackathon, was conducted by Barclays Bank at the Bombay Stock Exchange in Mumbai. Competed with 30 other teams
Goal
- To win the 36hr hackathon and get into a partnership with Barclays Bank
Action
- Brainstormed to build a digital cash transfer app that would be based on the UPI APIs
- Identified the main flows that would be needed in the app for the demo and sketched out wireframes
- Matt, the designer in the team created the high definition mocks and the engineers put together a demo
Outcomes
- We were invited to join the Barclays incubator in Israel along with some cash investments they were ready to make
